Welcome to Cherose Sweet Creations! By using this website to place an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be placed through our website or approved ordering platform.
• Holiday and special event orders (e.g., Valentine’s, Christmas) require full payment at the time of ordering to secure your spot.
• Custom or large event orders (e.g., weddings, birthday parties) require a 50% deposit to confirm the order, with the remaining balance due at pickup or delivery.
• Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup date.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled after this cutoff.
• Custom design or holiday items may not be eligible for changes due to preparation and scheduling constraints.

3. Pickup & Delivery

• Orders are available for pickup at [insert address] during the scheduled pickup window.
• Delivery options (if offered) will be outlined at checkout, including fees.
• Cherose Sweet Creations is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Once an order is picked up or delivered, it is considered accepted. We are not responsible for the condition of the items after pickup, so please transport and store with care.

4. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• All baked goods are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.
• We cannot guarantee products are allergen-free. Customers with allergies should exercise caution and notify us of any dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.

5. Product Disclaimer

• Photos on the website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color, size, or decoration.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations are normal and do not constitute a defect.

6. Refunds & Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or an error was made by Cherose Sweet Creations.
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery for consideration.

7. Breakable Hearts & Mini Cake Bites

• Certain orders (e.g., Breakable Heart sets) include mini cake bites arranged around and underneath the heart.
• Mini cake bites are bite-sized and stick-free, and the heart and surrounding arrangement are pre-selected for Valentine’s or other holiday designs.
• Design, flavor, and shape substitutions are not available for holiday or pre-designed sets.

8. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including images, logos, and designs, are the property of Cherose Sweet Creations.
• Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Cherose Sweet Creations is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
• By placing an order, you agree to assume all risk related to the consumption of baked goods.

10. Privacy

• Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
• Cherose Sweet Creations does not sell or share personal information with third parties.

11. Governing Law
